We aim to dispatch orders within 1 business days to ensure timely delivery. Standard shipping is the default shipping method and most economicaloption, however express shipping is also available upon request.

No Import Fees for US Buyers

Import fees have already been priced into our shipping cost.  This means that we ship all bits order with pre-paid brokerage fees so that there aren't any surprises when recieving your package.

Shipping

Standard delivery within Canada & the United States typically takes between 3-8 business days.  Meanwhile shipping to Europe, Australia and Asia varies greatly; anywhere from 2 weeks to more than a month.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping is available when purchasing multiple items. Simply add the items to your cart and then click on the “Request Total from Seller” button when checking out if combine shipping isn't working properly.  This will allow us to send a revised invoice that consolidate items into one order. ("Request Total from Seller" button often isn't visible on mobile devices)

We take great care to ensure our bits are carefully clipped and well packaged. That’s why we offer an extensive 60-day return policy, the maximum timeframe allowed on eBay. We want you to shop with confidence and peace of mind.

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply ship the item back to us. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will promptly issue you a full refund or exchange.

Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be applied to compensate for the cost of packing materials. This fee helps us maintain our commitment to delivering top-notch service and ensuring the safe return of the item to our inventory.  (Restocking fee doesn’t apply for case where the wrong item was delivered or if the item was damaged)
