Please message me for out-of-stock voltages as these can often be obtained ex-factory within 5 working days at no additional cost! Note, any item with ONE(1) in stock comes ex-factory (please message me if you require more than one). For a video of the RSP-320-24... click here

For the new NSP range, smaller in size, with 200% peak output and 60V (up to 72V) output option... click here.

The RSP-320 is a drop-in replacement for the SP-320 power supply, lower in cost, smaller in size, wider temperature operation and more efficient... less heat dissipated! Please see data sheet if replacing a SP-320 unit as some tapped holes are not provided on the RSP-320.

The Meanwell RSP 320W unit has active PFC (Power Factor Correction)+, hiccup current limiting on overload and short circuit with automatic recovery. It also has over temperature and over voltage protection and a 3 year Australian warranty is provided. For a lower cost 350W unit without PFC see the LRS-350. A 200W version of this power supply, the RSP-200 is also available without fan! Many voltages such as 6V, 6.9V, 9V, 13.8V, 27.6V, 32V, 42V, 55.2V are possible. For a video on adjusting the output voltage... click here NOTE: Meanwell sets all voltages at 50% output current... an insulated pot adjust tool is recommended... connecting to ALL output terminals provided is recommended as damage to terminals or the PCB can occur otherwise!

Many voltages are available, the RSP-320-2.5 provides 2.5V@60A, RSP-320-3.3 = 3.3V@60A, RSP-320-4 = 4V@60A, RSP-320-5 = 5V@60A, RSP-320-7.5 = 7.5V@40A, RSP-320-12 = 12V@26.7A (MP3294), RSP-320-13.5 = 13.5V@23.8A, RSP-320-15 = 15V@21.4A, RSP-320-24 = 24V@13.4A, RSP-320-27 = 27V@11.9A, RSP-320-36 = 36V@8.9A and the RSP-320-48 = 48V@6.7A. These 320 Watt power supplies operate from 100 to 240VAC input, are fan cooled and provide an output voltage adjustable by up to -15% to +15%. Weight 0.9kg, size 215x115x30mm.

The RSP-320 may also be used to replace the RSP-200 and SP-240 where higher current and higher operating temperature is required. The RSP-320 is a direct drop-in replacement for the RSP-200 and has a "footprint" only 22mm wider and 11mm longer than the SP-240 and has a lower profile (30mm cw 50mm). The low profile makes it ideal for use in a 1U 19" rack cabinets and allows plenty of room for ventilation!

NOTE: for a 320W power supply fully enclosed with adjustable voltage and current plus constant current limiting (ideal for motor startup), available in 12V, 24V and 42V. See the HLG-320H Series - click here. The HLG-320H power supply can be used for general application in caravans or other suitable environments where a "robust" and weatherproof power supply is needed. NOTE: on the web there appears to be many people using the RSP-320-24 to power a 3D printer and they are using an unsafe enclosure, they also complain that the fan is noisy... the HLG-320H-24A is a good solution to this problem!

All Meanwell products have a 2 to 7 year warranty. MEAN WELL Enterprises Co., is a Taiwan based company started in 1982 with strong ties worldwide (some well-known companies re-badge their products) and they provide excellent support and backup. Meanwell is a TQM (Total Quality Management) company and is ISO9001 certified. In 2017, the 2-year return rate was 1 in 6600. Meanwell power supplies are extremely reliable in our experience with only one unit DOA (Dead On Arrival) that was replaced and three returned during the warranty period in the 15+ years we have been selling... one power supply had been installed in a control box outdoors (for advertising) and had been attacked by a nest of ants! Meanwell now offers a range of fully sealed units (IP65 and IP67 rated)... please ask us for advice for outdoor and hazardous environments. For a company video - click here.

Some "on-the-web" comments... 1. "I have hundreds of 600 Watt 24V Meanwells running in the field and probably another 100+ 350Watt 5V running in the field and they are the most reliable piece of equipment compared to everything else. I've -never- replaced one in over 11 years, but I have replaced a lot of cruddy circuit boards designed or assembled by the less technically inclined (companies).", 2. "But in the end I've learnt a lesson here and that is spend the extra cash and buy some quality power supplies like the meanwell brand or else you could be in for a very frustrating time but I don't have the budget for that this year so I'll have to deal with what I have (sad face)". 3. Need a decent power supply... I can recommend mean well supplies. They are low end industrial supplies but are good quality, much better than no-name chinese supplies you can get from ebay etc.. I use mean well in lots of equipment and have had very few failures in thousands of hours of run time.

We also provide a download (or CDROM on request) with the documentation in PDF format and other information on Meanwell products.

All goods sold in Australia include GST, a tax invoice is provided.

EXPRESS DELIVERY INCLUDED.

The RSP-320 power supply may also be listed under the part numbers; 401513, MP3292, MP3294, MP3985, MP3986, MP3987,MP3988, MP3989, 400922 (replacement).

*a re-written user manual is provided (also in PDF format on CD-ROM) because we care that all products that we sell have clear and easily readable information and instructions with adequate warnings about any dangers or precautions that need to be taken! Beware of "fakes" and "look-a-likes" (with logos of "M&W", "MiWi", "WH", "WeHo", "WaW" for example) these are often cheap, low quality products that do not meet the safety requirements for use in Australia. Also beware of purchasing these products from overseas as an Australian Warranty will not be provided. This unit has exposed 240VAC terminals and must be installed inside a suitable enclosure according to local electrical authority regulations. +NOTE, any power supply above 150W that does not have POWER FACTOR CORRECTION most-likely does not meet C-TICK or EMI requirements for use, on 240VAC mains in Australia! You can generally tell if a high-wattage (> 150W) power supply does NOT have "active" PFC because it will have a switch to select 115VAC or 230VAC. The advantage of "active" PFC is that not only is the AC mains current reduced (and of course "in phase" with voltage... something that power companies prefer), but the electrical interference (EMI) is reduced (less harmonics) BUT also it stablises the input allowing the AC voltage to vary greatly WITHOUT having to use a SWITCH which activates voltage doubling when the AC input is less than 180VAC.
