This is very Art Deco looking and may be older than I’m thinking, but I would expect it to be Bakelite from that era and this is acrylic and lucite. It has scratches on the top which might buff out with some car wax. The screw holes for the inside back piece have broken so the back piece is loose. I would just opt to glue this in place. There’s also a small dent on the side that nothing can fix but this piece has a great look and I was down to it as soon as I saw it.
