Our fragrance oils can be used for a range of different crafting purposes including Candles, Wax Melts, Reed Diffusers, Room Sprays, and other home fragrance products. Our fragrances oils are also suitable for Soap Making, Bath Bombs, Cosmetics, and other Bath & Beauty products.

All our fragrance oils are exclusive to Cosy Owl and have been developed by our experts for superior scent throw in a candle and have been optimised to use with our wax. Our oils are 100% concentrated and are fully compatible for use with all our waxes.

The ethical sourcing of products is of utmost importance for us and we are very proud to say that all Fragrance Oils supplied by Cosy Owl, and their raw materials, are cruelty free and absolutely no testing on animals or humans takes place. We understand however, there may be some confusion as the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) contain toxicity values for rat and rabbit. This particular section refers to the LD50 (toxicity) of particular ingredients which are required for other industries (such as for use in food) and it is mandatory that we include these where they exist. Any animal test data is based on testing that was not conducted or sanctioned by us or our suppliers, in some cases, these tests were mandated by a government agency or performed decades ago and categorically no testing was performed for the use of these ingredients in products we are supplying.

*This fragrance contains natural elements (essential oils, extracts, resins, isolates) but is not fully natural. Our fragrance oils have been designed to be as simple, clean and natural as possible whilst delivering the best scent throw and the best range of scent notes. Compounds that aren’t sourced direct from nature are either chemically identical to naturally found compounds, artificially created, or modified slightly, usually to give a slightly stronger scent. Occasionally fragrances not found in nature are used to give the distinctive scent that is required for some more artificial type fragrances. This is the same as all fragrance oils on the market today.

Fragrance oils are typically given a year’s expiry from the date of manufacture however, many fragrance oils can last months or even years past this date if stored correctly. Tests (we don’t offer this service) can be performed on fragrance oils to determine their suitability beyond their shelf life.

Each of our fragrances are available in 6 sizes – 10ml, 50ml, 100ml, 250ml, 500ml and 950ml Bottles.

Shipping and Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A returns authorisation number must be obtained from us, either by contacting us directly or via an eBay Return Request. Items must be returned unused and in a re-sellable condition for a refund to be issued.

We aim to offer free delivery wherever possible; however, a small number of UK locations incur unavoidable additional charges due to courier hub coverage. If your order is affected, we will contact you on the next working day. These charges are separate from and not calculated by eBay’s postage calculator.
