I will always choose the cheapest shipping option for the buyer and refund the difference. If you have a specific request for service by a specific postal provider, let me know at the time of purchase.

All items come from a smoke free home. I do combine shipping, if you would like a shipping quote on 2 or more of my auctions, please send me an email with the items and zip code and I will be happy to quote you a combined shipping price. After receiving the quote if you decide to follow through with multiple purchases, I am happy to create a special auction for you with a combined shipping cost associated with those purchases.

If this item qualifies for UPS shipping it must be shipped to a street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you select UPS and you have a P.O. Box for a shipping address, you will be asked to submit additional funds for the next cheapest shipping option.

Shipping insurance is generally included up to $100 using the following services that I frequently offer: USPS Priority Mail, Fedex Home Delivery or UPS Ground.

 Payment is expected within 4 days of the sale. If payment is not received, the item will be re-listed or offered to the next highest bidder without prior notification. Shipping happens as fast as payment happens, so the faster I receive payment the faster you receive your item. If there are any questions please don't hesitate to ask.

In general, I do not offer a return/refund policy UNLESS there has been gross negligence on my part. I do my very best to test things and look over items but there can be things that get missed. If there is a problem, your best course of action is to contact me immediately for a possible resolution. In the event that I accept a return, the item must be sent back in the very same condition as when it left my possession. In certain circumstances, you may be responsible for return shipment costs including insurance. In the event that I offer a refund, original shipping cost is not refunded unless the item is never received. That is a service that is provided by a third party vendor and completed. I do not get that money back from them.
