This is a modern Leaf desk and table lamp, model G6510.3Z, originally designed by Yves Behar in 2005. This example was produced by Herman Miller in 2007. The Leaf lamp was one of Herman Miller’s first forays into lighting, and the piece is featured in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art. The body of the piece is made of steel. It has a touch control at its base that turns the lamp on and off with a dimming effect. The lamp comes with its original cable, and has been tested and works as it should. The original label is intact.

When open, the piece measures 21 inches tall, 9 inches wide and 12 inches deep. It is in excellent original condition, and shows minimal signs of use. Please see photos.
