a cool, early SPIDER-MAN key—2nd Kingpin!

strong colors and brightness, flat and  square.  excellent gloss!

wear mostly on the spine, and a few other little things here or there on the perimeter.  there's a hint of a vertical "soft crease above and to the left of kingpin's head, fairly faint.  marvel tanning visible on inside covers.  interior pages are pretty good, light cream, just a little darker on the edges

structurally fairly good: CF, staples, etc.  holding together well

setting aside the marvel tanning, i would grade this FN+/FN++.  it's good good "eye appeal"

(note: the “musty” comic smell is a little stronger on this book but nothing too bad)
