A well-made, channeled prime goose down, TRUCKER STYLE (or otherwise) waist jacket and or ski jacket! Zips up the front and has a storm placket that snaps over the zipper to prevent wind from entering through. Beefy snaps!  Has two chest pockets with snaps, two side zipper pockets that close with a nylon zipper,  and one open inner pocket.  The side pockets are nicely lined, free of holes or stains.  The jacket has been cleaned.  I believe it is nylon, though there is NO CONTENT tag.  No stains or discoloration.  Has a hang loop.  Adjusts about 2" total at the waist with back waist snaps.  The metal Talon zipper works well and has no damage to the teeth or the connecting fabric.  Good top stitching for a tight design.  That collar!!  Those points!!!  It does have about a 3/4" tear that has been repaired and is located at the inner left elbow area about 1" off the underneath seam.
