Rare Vintage Cartier Tonneau 18K Gold Medium Size Manual Movement Watch

This is a sharp and elegant vintage Cartier Tonneau in 18K Yellow Gold. The case and glass are all original. The dial has been re-done at some point? The crown, leather strap and hands have been replaced. The manual movement works well. The watch does not have a service history.

Cartier signed case, caseback and movement. The signature font is in old Cartier style. Exact time period is unknown, mid century?

Case measurement without lugs is 33.5 mm x 22.1 mm. The space between the lugs measures 13 mm. Medium size.
