These are fabulous rich designer pants from Company, Ellen Tracy. Size 12.
From the yore of E.T. - these are stunning quality with a first-class paisley (reminiscent of Etr0). Front zipper, Fabric is a 97% Cotton, 3% Spandex with a touch of stretch. Lovely capris (some call cropped pants) from this legendary designer group. 
Excellent mint condition, I see no flaws or faults. Dry clean 

No pockets. 

MEASUREMENTS: 
32-33 inch waist, 42-45 inch hips (latter is slightly stretched), 34.5 inch length, 25 inch inseam, 17 inches around bottom foe each pant leg, 11.75 inch front rise.
