Reminder:
1.When we describe "wireless", we mean "wireless Wifi". It’s not that the camera can work without connecting to the power supply. The camera needs to be plugged in to the power supply to operate normally.
2. When the camera does not move properly: you can press and hold the Reset button for 15 seconds to restore the product to factory settings and it will display normally.
3.When the camera cannot move left or right: It may be that you have not turned on the smart tracking function. After turning it on, if someone comes over, the camera will follow the person.Considering that customers don't like cameras moving around, our function is turned off by default.  
4.This package does not include a TF card.It is recommended to buy a TF card for viewing and playback.If you pay to use the APP, it is not cost-effective and you need to continue to pay before you can continue to watch the replays. 
5.QAQ：Why can't I add a camera via wifi connection?
1. Before adding, please make sure the camera is turned on and wait for the network connection status. If not, please press and hold the reset button until the voice prompt for restoring factory settings is issued, and then try adding again.
2.If your router is 5G, it may not be able to connect due to network reasons. Please try to turn on the dual-band mode of the router and select the 2.4G signal.
