Returns are offered on most products. Items must be received within 14 days of the initiation of a return. Returned items must be received in the same condition that they are shipped in, including any item accessories/cords/documentation. If items are returned in damaged or incomplete condition, your refund may not be processed. Working items that are returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the cost of the ground shipping, if not paid for by buyer on original purchase.
