What I pay for shipping is what you pay. Any shipping funds in excess of what I pay for shipping, I issue a shipping REFUND. Over 97% of my customers get a shipping REFUND.  GENERALLY shipping from my location (East Coast) to West Coast I ship UPS or FEDEX (Cheaper than USPS) and my West Coast Customers generally get a larger shipping REFUND. I template my shipping for the East Coast (where I live) so I can quickly get items listed in my eBay store: "Harvest Luna".  I do not know beforehand the buyer and their location will be BEFORE they purchase the item.
