Shipping: We ship via FedEx, UPS Ground & USPS (our choice). Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Any order that is placed on Friday – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. This does not include any federal or national holidays where normal business hours do not apply. Our Standard Shipping is FedEx or UPS Ground. This applies to the 48 continental states. Packages shipped using the FedEx or UPS Ground service takes between 1-7 business days. We are not responsible for any delays that are out of our control, including holidays and weather delays. If you live outside of the continental US, please message us with your zip code prior to purchase for a custom shipping quote.
Returns:
- 60 day Hassle Free Returns means that if you are not 100% satisfied you can contact us for a no hassle prepaid return label to send the part back for a 100% FULL Refund!
- To return an item (for any reason) all you need to do is the following:
- Contact us directly and we will email you a return label.
- Seal up and affix the Prepaid Return Label to the package.
- Drop the package off with the respective carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS)
- (It is advised to retain a copy of the tracking # so you know when the item arrives)
- If you lose your prepaid return label, just message me and I will get another one sent over to you.
- Returns are gladly accepted on all items if they are returned in the same condition they were received. Buyers are responsible for packing the item well enough to survive the return trip. It is highly advised to keep the original packaging in case you need to return the item.
- Returns must be received within 60 days of the delivery date. All items received after 90 days from the purchase day will not be refunded.
- Did you receive a broken item? Contact us right away and we will do my best to correct the situation for you. Remember, every photo is worth a thousand words.
- Refunds are only for the cost of the item. If expedited shipping costs were paid by the buyer (i.e. upgraded shipping not Free shipping), the cost of the upgraded shipping may be deducted from the refund. If the item was broken in shipping or broken and is within the warranty period the original shipping will be fully refunded. If a buyer claims an item is defective or not as described, but the item is verified to be properly working, or exactly as listed in the description tha the actual shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.
