Standard delivery is by Royal Mail tracked 48 service and usually takes 3 - 5 working days.

If you'd like your item faster then we offer other delivery options, including next day courier. Just select the option that works best for you during checkout.

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should you need to return it for any reason you can do so within 30 days from the date of order.

Please follow the eBay process to arrange your return. If you want a different size then just reorder the item and send the original one back for refund; it's much quicker that way

To be returned, items must be unused and in an 'as new' condition with all packaging and labels/tags and any hygiene labels still attached. Please take care when trying swimwear items on and try on over your normal underwear. For goggles do not touch the surfaces of the lenses as this will damage them including the antifog coating on the inside of the lenses. If an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, worn or damaged, or is returned outside the returns window, we won't be able to refund you. We aim to process returns as soon as possible, typically within 48 hours but please allow a few extra days during peak periods.
