This listing is for a NEW 80/20 VACUUM ACTUATOR (Replaces #1998901) for all the above mentioned cars. This is the half plastic/half metal actuator that mounts on the duct assembly behind the passenger-side kick panel. The function, depending upon what mode your a/c heater control is set to, is to either allow or block-off or allow fresh air into the car. This commonly fails when the plastic dry-rots, making the actuator non-functional.
