The dress is listed as 100% Polyester with 100% Polyester Lining. 

It is a one piece item that looks like a 2-piece Top & Skirt Set. There is classy looking decorative beading on the bottom half of the "top" portion of the dress. It spans 8" or so & looks like Tall flowers with leaves but all in black on black & only on the front. It is a very classy looking dress. It has an attached thin belt on the sides that you tie in the back. This dress has little to no stretch to it.
