RARE! Condition: Very good, in very good dust jacket. Boards are warped, but show no rubbing or bumping; spine shows little or no shelf wear other than partial collapse of head and tail. Text block is mildly discolored at edges and is slightly buckled, and slightly warped at pp. 18-19 where a bookmark was inserted for many years (see below for more about the bookmark), but is complete, clean, free of dog-ears, and mostly quite tight. DJ has a few small soiled or rubbed spots, “dings,” and one small tear.
