Uses:

These are great for stacking your trays and moving them all at once.  They also allow you to make better use of your vertical space in a freezer when pre-freezing.  They can also be used for staging on your preparation surfaces or staging in your refrigerator. 

Pre-Freezing is a great way to speed up the freeze drying process in any Harvest Right Freeze Dryer.  Pre-Freezing in a traditional freezer can potentially save you money in electricity, maintenance, and pump oil due to shorter run times on the freeze dryer and vacuum pump.

Cleaning:

These are dishwasher safe on the top rack.  There’s a convenient positioning hole that can be used to secure the stackers on the dishwasher rack.  These positioning holes help keep the stackers from moving around during the dishwasher cycle.  We’ve tested these with 20+ full wash cycles lasting 140 minutes with temperature boost turned on and heated drying.

You will receive the stackers shown in the pictures in the quantity you purchased.  Just in case you didn’t read the top area of this description…. ONLY the stacker quantity you purchase will be included.  Trays, candy, and anything else in the pictures are not included.
