This is a very attractive Hamilton Thin-o-Matic men's wristwatch, issued in 1974 in appreciation to a Shell Oil executive. The back is so inscribed.

The case is plated in 14K gold. The face is silvery white, with a combination of gold numbers and gold hour markers. Gold second hand.

It comes with its original black leather 2-piece 1 5/8" Speidel strap.

This watch was worn for many years, then put away for many years. In 2017, it was fully serviced--I have the service record/receipt. After that, it was worn daily until last year. 

It keeps perfect time.

Its only flaw is that, when you want to change the hour, the crown sticks. You have to push it back in and pull it out again to finish setting the time. So that will have to be adjusted. There are also a few scratches on the crystal, which didn't show in the photograph.
