However, we still recommend that you treat your item with a suitable oil or solvent base  preservative to keep the timber refreshed and looking new every couple of years.

We deliver free of charge to all areas of Mainland UK

Customers will be contacted within a few days via eBay messenger to let them know order has been received and with information to what happens next regarding delivery  and to also check we have the correct contact details.

Our drivers if they can will contact you usually the day/evening before delivery to give you a rough ETA of arrival.

We use our own fleet of 3.5-ton vans so tight deliveries such as into London and narrow tracks are normally no problem.

Deliveries are to the kerbside or driveway/front garden if not too far from roadside and will be offloaded by our drivers. Due to insurance reasons and Covid we will not deliver into rear of  properties or go through people's houses.

Cancelled orders which require collection for reasons not our fault will be charged at £60.

This cannot be helped and at time of sorting we do our very best to send out perfect timber though in the warm months this is or can be difficult. Any of the mentioned are not covered by the 15-year guarantee. If perfect timber is required then we advise that you either purchase a plastic or metal one.
