We ship Tuesday thru Saturday excluding holidays as the shipping companies are not open.
One to five days delivery days for domestic purchases once shipped.
One to three weeks delivery days for Canadian purchases once shipped.
One to five weeks delivery days for all other international purchases once shipped.

Regarding all international/out of country shipping:
We are not responsible for any international tax or tariff (duty) fees. We will not send product as a gift or sample, nor do we lower the custom fees purchase price. Shipping times very depending on location and customs.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.  Returns of faulty items must be authorized prior to being sent back. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty or incorrectly shipped, we will also refund the postage cost.
