Personally, I think him one of the top 5 British conductors, and this & the Elgar with DuPre is his greatest two moments on record. HMV Stereophonic gold stickered earliest type sleeve and 1st S/C nipper labels. Heard throughout on a high end system after a wash and vacuum, both sides played fully near mint, in gorgeous warm audiophile stereo,  This is one of the greatest accounts of the work here of the vinyl era. Nice clean unmarked playing surfaces low plays for its age example in great sound.
