Return Details:

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS.
You will need to call (412) 462-2225 or email to obtain a return authorization number.
Unauthorized returns will be refused.

• This electrical item has been tested by a certified mechanic and is in proper working order.
• There is no warranty or guarantee on this item.
• If you believe that you have received a defective item or that you have received the wrong item, you must report it within seven days of delivery. Defective items will be exchanged, with the exception of electrical items.
• We will not accept any returns on electronics because if an electrical item is installed on a motorcycle with a faulty electrical system, it can damage the item without leaving any visible damage.
• We will not accept a return because you find out this was not the part that you needed to repair your vehicle. We do not sell items to be used for diagnosing your vehicle's problem. No try and buy. 
• In the unlikely event that an exception is made and we allow a return on an electrical item there will be a 35% restocking fee.
