Circa 1970's collectible Smokey The Bear plastic bubble bath container. Someone made a coin bank out of Smokey after he was empty. Paper is pealing at the bottom that reads "Prevent Forest Fires". Top hat unscrews to get coins out, though it does not look like much more than a dime size coin can be removed from this bottle. This would benefit from some cleaning. General wear.
