This is a lovely artist-created belt...a hand-painted angelic woman in purple with lovely beading and quilted wings. Lovely portrait. The belt secures with velcro. The belt has stretch. as belted without stretch, the belt measures 27 inch circumference and stretches comfortable to around 42 inches (while velcro is secured). A lovely piece of wearable art. 

Signed SLP. Feels like a synthetic.
Laid flat, the belt is 31.5 inches long but stretches to a longer size.
Likely working best for a women's Small-Large.
The wing area measures: 9.15 inches across by 4 inches high..the portrait itself is: 1.75 inches across by 2.15 inches high
