How to use it  ?

Step 1 - Load the desired amount of freshly ground coffee into your filter basket.

Step 2 - When the coffee grounds form into hills, scrape off the excess and smooth it out lightly.

Step 3 - Place the filter basket on a level surface and lightly press the coffee grounds with a tamper.

Step 4 - Gently tap the outer wall of the filter basket to knock off the coffee powder stuck to the filter basket.

Step 5 - Rotate the black handle so it is loose, then rotate its scale mechanism to easily adjust it to the desired height, then rotate back the black handle to lock it in place.

Step 6 - Make the tamper vertical to the filter basket at a 90-degree angle and press down firmly to ensure that the coffee powder is even and flat.

Step 7 - Press and rotate the espresso tamper gently to smooth the surface of the coffee powder and wipe off the excess powder from the powder tank by hand.
