For Mould, Damp Or Condensate Walls Ensure Area has been cleaned and all water is removed prior to painting, Its Recommended to run a dehumidifier for 24 hours to ensure moisture is not present

- Batches - We manufacture in 1000L batches, so please order enough paint to complete your project. Colours may vary slightly between batches, and consistency cannot be guaranteed if you reorder later.
- Shipping - All Orders are shipped on a Next Day Service, We try to get all orders shipped same day, However orders placed after 1pm may not be shipped until the following day
- 10 & 20L Orders - All Orders are shipped in upto 5L Tins, Due to carrier restrictions we are unable to ship sizes bigger than this, Any 10L or 20L sizes orders will be shipped in multiples of 5
- Item Not Received - If you have not received your order and its been marked as delivered please contact our customer service team
- Weekend Deliveries - Any orders Placed after 12.30pm on Friday May be shipped the following Monday, for delivery Tuesday

- Coverage - All of our paints cover Approximately 12m2 Per L with one coat, They can Also be watered down by upto 20% to Extend Coverage
- Recoat Time - All of our paints take roughly 1-2 hours to fully dry depending on the area conditions.
- Minimum and Maximum Application Temperatures - Minimum 9 Degrees C / Maximum 25 Degrees C
