This is a DS140 adjustable sofa designed by Reto Frigg and produced by de Sede in Switzerland circa mid 1980s. The sofa has a unique rotating seat system, allowing it to become a double chaise lounge. It also has an adjustable armrest, which can adjust to be flat or upward.

The sofa is exceptionally unique and in delightfully original condition. The off-white leather is in nice shape with some light wear from use. See photos. The leather is still supple as well and ready for use. The chrome frame gleams nicely as well. It came from a gorgeous estate in Miami Beach, Florida. The owner had a number of other notable pieces including lamps by Gae Aulenti, among others.

The sofa measures 31 inches tall by 97 inches wide and 35 inches deep when extended to the longest dimension. The seat height is 17 inches.
