This is a tall, lacquered wood Olinto cabinet with glass doors, designed in the 1970s by Japanese architect Kazuhide Takahama for B&B Italia. Takahama’s collection featured a series of modular cabinets that could adapt to the user’s changing needs. This piece is lacquered in the Rosso Cina colorway, utilizing ancient techniques that were adapted for B&B Italia's industrial-level production. The glass doors have steel and aluminum hardware. One other case without glass doors from the same estate is listed separately, but not included. The price listed is for each of the cabinets with glass doors.

This cabinet measures 13 inches deep, 26.38 inches wide, and is 91.5 inches high. The piece shows little wear, lest for a few errant scratches and light rubs to the finish. Overall, this piece is in very good to excellent vintage condition with light wear. Please see photos.
