This is a Pearson Executive Chair, designed in 1966 by Max Pearson for Knoll. While Pearson had worked for Knoll for several years behind the scenes, this was first debuted in his first solo seating collection. It features a channel-stitched padded upholstered seat, and sits on an X-form base with casters. The silhouette draws its inspiration from the designs of both Eero Saarinen and Charles Pollock.

The price listed is for one Pearson Executive chair. We have four of these chairs available for sale in our inventory. Please inquire for additional details. Each chair has a height of 34.5 inches, a width of 27.75 inches, and a depth of 27 inches. The seat height is 18 inches. The oatmeal color upholstery is original to the chairs and some have some soiling marks, which remain after professional cleaning. They all remain in very good vintage condition, please see photos.

The buyer may pick up the furniture, have it shipped by our shipping partners (buyer will pay for full shipping cost, though will not have to arrange it), or discuss potential delivery within reason following the end of the auction. The listed shipping cost is an estimate, though we can likely stay below that number for most areas of the country. If you win the item, we can discuss shipping options, prices, etc. and we will make sure that it is as inexpensive for you as possible. We work with a shipper locally who takes great care in their work and has been complemented often on their packing and shipping quality.
