By "Everything Else" I mean every major ship involved in action not included in any of the other Midway variants, plus scenarios to showcase them.


The counters have been done in proper ONI ship plan graphics, with colour wherever possible. National flags in appropriate colours have been added to the counters to aid in identification. They have been made as close to scale as the confines of the counter shape would permit. They include:


  • Nine old U.S. battleships (300 miles west-south-west of Midway at the time of the battle, they could have taken part in the later stages);
  • Six Omaha-class older U.S. light cruisers;
  • Several misc. U.S. heavy and light cruisers;
  • HMS Prince of Wales, Repulse, Exeter and Cornwall plus British destroyers and a submarine;
  • Netherlands light cruisers, destroyers and a submarine;
  • 3 Japanese mid-war carriers;
  • Ise and Hyuga in their original BB configuration;
  • Japanese destroyers and destroyer escorts.

Also included in the package are scenarios for:

  • Force Z from Singapore;
  • Wake Island;
  • Battle of Java Sea;
  • Battle of the Panama Canal;
  • Battle of Ironbottom Sound;
  • 1st and 2nd Guadalcanal;
  • Tassafaronga;
  • Battle of the Philippine Sea (Marianas Turkey Shoot).

All scenarios include a hit record and - if required - an appropriate search map. The hit records, scenarios and maps are downloadable at https://www.mediafire.com/#ki4b4u37tb70y. Most scenario hit records are done in the AH Bismarck style, but can be used for standard Midway rules play.


With these counters combined with the Midway, Coral Sea and Leyte counter sets you will have just about every ship that saw action in the Pacific in WWII (and some that never did.)


These are new style counters, printed on heavy cardstock and die-cut. They are almost exactly the thickness of the original counters so that you can use them together.


Caution: This is not a stand-alone game. The AH Midway game is required to use these counters. Coral Sea and Leyte Gulf variants are also required to play some of the scenarios.
