This is a fabulous estate jacket...from UK fiber artist: Lizzy Nolan.
Size 8 but like everything in Europe..it's a smaller U.S. size, more like a 4/6. 
Dark charcoal with gray fine embroidery. Double collar, fully lined, lightly padded shoulders. A sculptural fabulous bottom hem that surrounds the body. A fabulous art piece.. 

Feels like a synethic blend, Dry clean only 

37 inch bust, 16 inches across top shoulder, 26 inch front length, to 34.5 inch back length, 42 inches around bottom hem, 23 inch sleeve length
