On rare occasions an item may be drop shipped and the companies courier may be used. In the event that a package is damaged, it is required to contact us within 24 hours of the package delivered. We will then proceed to work with the shipping company to recoup any damages incurred on behalf of the buyer. It is imperative to provide good pictures and description of the damage.
