Spanning 74 inches, the GTC-500 Carbon Fiber Adjustable Wing is the largest wing available in APR's catalog. With its optimized 3D airfoil shape, the GTC-500 is perfect for high speed touring applications and supplies an ample amount of downforce without causing excess drag. All GTC Series wings feature an aerodynamic 3D designed airfoil shape to obtain the optimal balance of downforce. This design allows for a reduction in drag, yet maintains an ideal level of downforce. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis was performed on this wing to support validation of its aerodynamic design.

Each GTC Series airfoil is composed of lightweight and durable carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite materials. These airfoils contain pre-pregnated woven carbon fiber sheets for superior strength and low weight. All CFRP airfoils are made using pre-pregnated composite manufacturing processes (i.e. high-temperature autoclave and vacuum bagging) in high-quality aluminum billet molds.

Supporting the airfoils are 10mm "aircraft grade" 6061 billet aluminum pedestals that come in a flat black powder coat finish.

Return policy:

When receiving your package, please open all of the boxes immediately to  check if all the contents are inside and not damaged. All damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 business days from the day the packaged is delivered. If the package appears to be damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper's proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating that the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier. 

If the product received is defective, a replacement will be sent as soon as possible. If you decide to return the defective item, rather than replace it, a restocking fee will be assessed (15-20% depending on the item) and your original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Also, returned products must be in its original packaging which allows me to re-sell the product. I will refuse any damaged or products that are not in good condition. 

If after 30 days of receiving your product, it proves to be defective, we would like for you to deal with the manufacturer. They will inform you on how to proceed based on their policies. 

If you are unhappy in any way, please contact me through eBay messages. I will provide you instructions on how and where to return the product.SR

  • All sales are final unless item is defective upon delivery. If for any reason the product has to be returned, a 15-20% restocking fee will be implemented.
