Questions: We would love to answer every question, but we do run into very specific questions that should be directed to your mechanic. We sell parts and you (or a mechanic) will install them. Please verify with the person installing it if it will fit or do what you need it to do, before purchasing.

Shipping: Our goal is to provide customers with swift delivery. Typically, items will be shipped in a small package and will ship within one business day - after payment has been received. Freight items will have a longer lead time and our freight dept. will call you when your order is ready to go.

Return Policy: All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns. Please email us through the PayPal system to obtain an RMA number. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and a 20% re-stocking fee, unless the item was shipped in error by seller or is defective.

Feedback: We value our feedback rating tremendously - besides the fact that it allows us to judge how satisfied our customers are, it affects our seller status, which allows us to keep our prices as low as possible. We leave feedback after we receive it, because we don't consider the transaction complete until our buyers have received their order and are satisfied. If you feel the need to leave anything other than positive feedback, please contact us first. We will try to resolve any issues, but we can't rectify a problem if we are not aware of it.
