Introduced in 1929, The Old Balloon Seller HN1315 may be the most well known of all Royal Doulton figurines. This model has been in production for almost 80 years. It is one of many street seller figurines but is said to be the most popular. This figurine shows the signature of Leslie Harradine one of Royal Daulton's most heralded artists.

At the top above the stamp there is a hand painted letter it looks like a J/ however it could be a different maker's mark or year symbol?
