Please note when purchasing these are a lower cost MDF item for those on a tighter budget and should be regarded as so although we have sold hundreds of these over the last few years mostly without issue, for a more substantial item we sell PLY & Hexa Ply Beds which are more robust but also considerably more expensive.
Please Note: This unit does not include T Trim and comes without the T Trim Slot on the doors, if you require a T Trim Slot let us know

- After winning an item at auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase, please check out following the eBay links as this will update our system with your address and payment details.

- Your item will be professionally & carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner.
- Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the following working day.

- Please check items on delivery before signing as your signature means goods received in good condition and we cannot instigate insurance claim proceedings.

- Can you make custom sized items?
- Yes, we can make custom sized item plesae contact us for further information.
- Are the items hard to assemble?
- No anyone with basic DIY Know How and a Cordless Drill/Screwdriver can assemble our units.
- Is T Trim Included?
- To keep costs down we do not include T Trim unless specified as not everyone wants it but it can be purchased in our Ebay Shop.
Returns
- Once you have received your order, if you wish to make a return please contact us either by email or by phone letting us know when you ordered and the delivery postcode of where the item was delivered.
- Please also let us know why you are wanting to return the item. We must be notified within 7 working days of the delivery of your parcel that you wish to make a return and the returned item must arrive within the next 7 working days, in order for you to receive a refund.
- All items being returned must be sent on either a recorded Royal Mail service or by a courier with an online tracking system - you are required to pay the cost of the return shipping.
- All returned items will be inspected prior to any refund being issued - all items must be returned to us in their original (new) condition, in the original packaging.
- We will refund your original purchase price less the cost of shipping incurred by ourselves.
