Shipping: In most cases I ONLY ship to the 48 contiguous US. All items
are shipped USPS (unless noted). Items purchased Sunday through Thursday
ship next day. Items purchased Friday and Saturday ship on
Monday(except USPS holidays). Shipping & handling charges include
insurance on ALL purchases of $50 or more.
