The board combines high-power soft-start, filtering in one. The power supply board uses 1.6MM double-sided tinned PCB board, the board supports power: within 3500W.

 

The principle of power filter is a kind of - impedance adaptation network.

Power filter input, the greater the impedance mismatch between the output side and the power supply and load side, the more effective the attenuation of electromagnetic interference.

 

Soft-start line consists of high-power relays, high-power thermistors, low-power backup power supply and control section, the board has set two groups of 220V output, which can be easily connected to two independent transformers.

 

The board is equipped with additional temperature protection line, with the board comes with two 75 degrees temperature switch, the two temperature switches can be installed in the left and right channel heat sink or power tube surface, when the temperature reaches 75 degrees will automatically cut off the total power supply to avoid burnout due to high amplifier tube temperature, such as the need to change the shutdown temperature, you can buy their own normally open type of other temperature values of the temperature switch.

 

In addition, when the protection line action, may have to wait for a period of time and so the actual temperature is lower than the temperature control switch to start the temperature before the machine can be turned on again.
