This is how kids occupied themselves in the late 1800’s. We just thought the kids were plugged into computer games and electronics now! Can you imagine getting excited about viewing a picture with both your eyes looking in this! I bought this at an estate sale from an older couple that said they could remember looking at vacation pictures with this when they were little. They were probably in their 90’s so I guess they still used them in the 1920’s and 30’s. It was neat hearing the description from them and I bought it. We displayed it for awhile now it’s time for a new home. I have seen these listed and sold for $200.00 but I just want to get what I paid and let someone else have it and the story that goes along with it. If you want a nice simple item from a time gone by, you need to buy it. Pictures are on eBay and flea markets everywhere.
