What may initially look like post mint damage is actually a mint error known as a die dent.

This 2022 P Roosevelt dime is in BU condition and was picked out of an original roll of uncirculated coins by me.  The roll came from a full box of uncirculated coins and several identical examples were found in this (and, so far, only this) particular box of 2022 P dimes. The fact that multiple uncirculated dimes with the same marking were found proves it to not be post mint damage, but rather a die dent error.
