Complete, Not used BUT, the item was returned with hard to see scuffs and a small damage: seems they try to separate the top from the middle shaft, not realizing there was more screws to remove, they try to pry apart the 2 sections with something, leaving small dents at the seam where the 2 sections meet, hard to notice with the naked eye when the 2 pieces are put together, this item is so good that the dents are still chrome(you can't see bear metal. more pictures can be provide if needed. Due to this, price was dropped from $1200 to $999. Do not send a message on price, not interested.
Per manual: Rough-in R4700-FL or R4700-FLWS (both sold separately) required for installation.
