for easy & quick fitment of 1/8 Npt water temperature sensors into smaller diameter hoses. This premium
quality hose adaptor is manufactured by Prosport specifically for R-Spec
Performance and is purposely finished to a very high standard and comes as
standard with a full 5 year anti crack warranty.
This compact adaptor is machined from solid aluminium and offers a lightweight/high strength solution to the fitment of 1/8 Npt water temperature sensors, the adaptor is further enhanced with a stealth black anodised finish to protect it from the testing under bonnet conditions and retain optimal appearance. Supplied with hose clamps for a hassle free installation (the sensor shown in images is for illustration purposes only and is not included).
The Prosport compact water temperature adaptor is simply inserted into the top radiator hose and has a 1/8 Npt threaded hole ready for the sensor to be screwed into place with very little effort.
Please note: These are very low diameter adaptors so sensor clearance will depend entirely on the length of the sensor probe being installed, so care must be taken when installing not to overtighten or foul the sensor. We advise using a liquid thread locking sealant when installing sensors and never overtighten.
