Closed Cell Sponges are made from a lightweight,
radiolucent, non-porous foam. These positioning sponges are entirely fluid
resistant, easy to clean and extremely durable! Featured in a non-coated,
premium charcoal grey color.
CLOSED CELL crosslink polyethylene foam is non-porous,
radiolucent, and easy to clean. They are manufactured using a fine
micro-cellular structure that is characterized by its firm feel and its
resistance to fluids. It has a higher tensile and tear strength compared to
most foam products on the market. It is ozone resistant and impervious to
mildew, mold, rot, and bacteria. They are nontoxic, antimicrobial,
anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal. Our closed cell sponges make the best
positioning aides and are manufactured right here in the USA.
