This ad is for a display (LCD screen) replacement that fits perfectly in place of the original LCD. 

IMPORTANT: item is fully tested. We are shipping as soon as possible to ensure you get the part quickly to repair your unit. Once order is placed we cannot cancel it.

If your display is broken this is the only available that can replace it. Everything is included to replace your faulty LCD module. 

Only take out the screws at the back to access it.

Only the internal part on the picture is included (third party fully compatible LCD module with ribbon cable).

We have two color options: black on yellow backlit or white on blue backlit. 

Please let us know which model (backlit color) you prefer, or we will ship at our discretion.

Do not throw away your broken ComfortLink Navigator if you break the screen or the ribbon cable!

Replacement can be easily done by yourself. Only need to remove the 6 screws at the back. Then carefully open split the front and back disconnecting the ribbon cables (gently pull each side of the tabs to unlock the ribbon cables). Then remove the LCD module (unscrew the 4 screws), install the new modules in place (the top part has the second pcb attached to it). Reconnect the ribbon cables for the keys (push back gently in pace the tabs) and then connect the LCD module again pushing back the tabs gently to ensure the ribbon cable is kept in place. We will send you extra pictures for installation instruction.

We also can do the replacement without any labor cost. You will only need to pay for shipping the unit to our location and for the extra shipping cost to ship it back to you (we will only charge for the shipping difference between the shipping cost for the LCD module and the shipping cost of the unit). Shipping insurances increase the shipping cost and you will be able to decide how much shipping insurance should be declared when we send it back.

The LCD module has been tested and contrast has been calibrated. You can modify the contrast by tuning the potentiometer on the board.
