- Use for new lining or to replace failed tank liner eg. Kreem, Por15, slosh, etc 1k polyurethane poor quality coatings.

Application: Tankroxx will cover and fill pinholes, seam splits and minor surface rust without the need for other lengthy operations. But to be completely safe its best to try to clean and de rust as much of the surface as you can.
Step 1 Remove all oil fuel varnish from the tank using Tankroxx solvent flush or similar
Step 2 Remove all loose rust and debris from tank, again wash all out with Tankroxx solvent
Step 3 Treat rust with Tankroxx rust remover convertor, agitate tank with suitable bead shot or metal nuts screw etc.
Step 4 Wash out with Tankroxx solvent or similar again. Leave to fully dry out.
Step 5 Mix Coating A with thinner then part B thoroughly, pour into plugged, masked paint protected tank and swirl around to coat the entire surface for 15-20 minutes.
Leave to dry upside down for 24 hours. Full instructions included in every pack.
