The Handbag is secured by a snap-on catch on the underside of the Flap (3.25" coverage of top-front). Inside the Bag the main compartment is 7.5" deep x 5.5" wide and has zippered 4.5" deep x 4.5" wide zippered sub-compartment; on the front exterior, under the Flap, is a zippered 5.75" deep x 6" wide sub-compartment; on the back of the Bag is an open 6" deep x 6" wide compartment. The 1/4" wide leather strap has an 11" drop.
