We post every working day; items that are paid for before 12 noon will be posted the same day, if you pay after 12 it will be posted the next working day. We use courier post, unless our customer chooses 24 hour Delivery (Next Day before 6PM Delivery) option. If you need the item for a specific date less then 7 days from ordering, we would advise you to choose 24 hour because standard courier sometimes takes longer then the 2 to 4 working days that is supposed to take.
Please remember regarding Postage Deliveries ,there have been various delays in different areas of the country due to staff sickness, staff shortages, and other issues, so please understand that it can take a little longer, but it will arrive. Unfortunately, I have no control over this.
Returns: Returns are accepted. If we posted a wrong item or a parcel arrives damaged, we'll pay the return postage. If buyer buys a wrong item by mistake or just changes his/her mind, they have to pay the return postage.
