Listed is a Lena Liu Garden Treasures Cream Carnation floral saucer only (Set 3).  This is one in a series of twelve that Bradford Exchange produced for Lena Liu. Please note that the sets originally came with a matching spoon, but this listing only has only the saucer. The saucer is 5-1/2" in diameter.  No COA. The saucer is in very good condition. No issues were noted.
